Holten Patrick Smith, born on April 2, 2018, sullenly went to rest on Sunday, May 27, 2018, at the University of Iowa Children's Hospital, Iowa City.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his mother, Amanda Smith; big brother, Ronin Goodell-Smith; grandfather, Patrick Kane; and grandmother, Celia Smith.
