Dolores "Dee" Boss, 81, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018, at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester. She was born on Oct. 20, 1937, near Oneida, the daughter of Arlo and Pauline (Aldrich) Tutton. Dee attended Delaware County rural schools and graduated from Manchester High School in 1955.
On March 2, 1958, Dee was united in marriage to Norman Boss at the United Methodist Church in Manchester. Three children were born to this union. The couple farmed together near Manchester. Over the years, Dee worked at Widner Drug, F & M Bank, and Ertl Co. In 1992, Dee retired due to health issues.
Dee enjoyed following her children's and grandchildren's activities. She was an avid Iowa Hawkeyes and Iowa State fan. Dee cherished spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Norman Boss of Manchester; her three children, Kelly (Jim) Jared of Manchester, Tracy Klein of Cedar Rapids and Todd (Donna) Boss of Manchester; seven grandchildren, Trent (Jess) Jared, Ashley (Glen) Jared-Salow, Kacie (Ron) Wilcox, Megan (Jordan Jones) Klein, Haleigh (Destry) Sperfslage, Zach (Marisa) Boss and Mikaela Boss; seven great-grandchildren, with two on the way; three siblings, Arkie Hood, Tim (Jean Puffett) Tutton and Terry Tutton, all of Manchester; and one sister-in-law, Shirley (Dick) Retz of Manchester.
Dee was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Twyla Milroy.

Funeral service: 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, at First Lutheran Church in Manchester, with the Rev. Tony D. Ede officiating.
Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester. Friends may also call one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
Interment: Oakland Cemetery in Manchester, Iowa.
