Austin, Texas
Lois Clark, 70, of Austin, Texas, and Walker, Minn., passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 10, 2018, after a long and hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, at St. John's United Church of Christ in Clarence with burial to follow in Roger's Grove Cemetery, Ely. There will be a reception following the burial at the Moose Lodge in Cedar Rapids.
She is survived by her loving husband, Will Clark; brothers, Ron (Bernie) Kleppe of Cedar Rapids and Rich Kleppe of Clarence; and daughters, Diahann (Chris) Potter of Wayzata, Minn., and Tara (Craig) McGuire of Austin, Texas. She was also the beloved grandmother to Makenna, Cole, Mason, Aden and Samantha.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawerence and Lavera Kleppe; and sister-in-law, Marcia Kleppe.
Her bright, charismatic smile lit up every room. Her loving spirit will be missed every day and was a treasure to all who knew her.
