William Howard Smith, 54, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Survivors include his wife, Jenny Smith; a sister, Robin Harris; and brothers,
Edward Voelpel and Jason Voelpel.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Voelpell; father, Winfred Smith; and his nephew, Arless Harger.
