Bette J. Henning, 97, of Cedar Rapids, died on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018, at Oak Hill Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Survivors include her nephew, Bill (Janet) Warren of Iowa City; great-nephew, James Wilson of Cedar Rapids; great-nieces and great-nephews, Kathy Grummett of Canada, William (Heather) Warren of Anamosa and Cindy (John) Pelzer of Bennett, Iowa; two step-grandchildren, Gretchen Dye and Errich Petersen, both of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Everett Warren.
Bette Jane Warren was born on March 30, 1921, in Calamus, Iowa, the daughter of Clarence and Florence (Lester) Warren. She worked at Killian's Dept. Store for many years as a department manager and buyer. She enjoyed swimming, reading, hiking, gardening and crafts.
