Huston, Edna M.
Edna M. Huston, 88, of 1127 10th St. SE, died Thursday, July 22, 2010 in her home. Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her children, John Wesley Huston Jr. of Bella Vista, Ark., William (JoAnne) Huston of Cedar Rapids, Dixie (Larry) Minneart of Olin, Iowa, Richard (Sharon) Huston of Smithville, Mo., Danny Dean Huston of Cedar Rapids; and a brother, Richard Miner of Austin, Texas. Also surviving are 35 grandchildren.
Edna was born December 23, 1921 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Harry and Zura Douglas Miner. She married John Wesley Huston on November 25, 1936 in Cedar Rapids. Edna worked at Wilson's Food. She was a great cook and baker. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
