Koziol, Josephine Mary
Josephine Mary Koziol, 81, formerly of Chicago, died Sunday, June 9, 2013, at Living Center West Care Center in Cedar Rapids. Funeral Mass: 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, where a visitation will begin at noon. The Rev. David O'Connor will officiate. Burial: Resurrection Cemetery in Chicago. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a daughter, Cynthia Wiseman of Cedar Rapids; a son, Robert (Jean) Koziol of Bourbonnais, Ill.; and her grandchildren, Robert, Brianna, Alexa, John, Sophia, Ava and Dominik.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Joseph Koziol Sr.; and her brothers, Albert, Ben and Walter.
Josephine was born Nov. 27, 1931, in Chicago, the daughter of Albert and Mary (Majovich) Schroetlin. She married Robert Joseph Koziol in Chicago.
