CEDAR RAPIDS - The Cedar Rapids Police Department has issued an Operation Quickfind for a 16-year-old last seen Saturday evening.
Jette Bounds is described as a 5 foot 4 inch white female, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen at 5102 Cotton Ct. SW around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, according to the Operation Quickfind release.
