David Aaron Janish, 32, died Monday, April 11, 2016.
He attended Jefferson High School and later obtained his GED. David was a friend, brother, son, father and a very good soul. Anyone who knew him knows he would be there for you.
David is survived by his mother, Nora Hines (Bill) of Vinton; father, Don Janish (Rhonda) of Muscatine; siblings, Michael Janish (Stephanie) of Marion, Emily Janish (Zach) of Iowa City, Jessica Munson (Mike) of Newhall, Jared Turner (Morgan) of Brandon, Cassie Lorenzen (Steve) of Williamsburg, Jordan Turner (Jessie) of Atkins, Autumn Hines (Ted) of Florida and William Hines Jr. of Vinton; son, Brayden Boardman; and a very special friend, Katie Niewsma.
David was proceeded in death by his wife, Sabrina; grandmother, Darlene Bailey; grandmother, Evelyn Janish; grandfather, Don Janish Sr.; cousin, Tim Watson; and best friend, Ryan Abrams.
David will be cremated. Memorial services and burial of the ashes will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, April 15, at Lafayette Cemetery in Alburnett presided by the Rev. Tye Male. After the service, there will be a remembrance celebration of life at 2710 61st St. Lane, Vinton, for those who loved him.
