Aug. 18, 2016 11:00 pm
Known in recent years for its athletic playmakers, Cedar Rapids Washington shifts identities this season.

The race for the remaining playoff spot appears to be a three-team chase between Cedar Rapids Jefferson, Cedar Falls and Waterloo West.
The J-Hawks have things moving in the right direction, despite significant graduation losses, and return two-way star Tavian Rashed (687 rushing yards, 117 tackles).
