Andrews, Charles 'Chuck'
Charles “Chuck” Andrews, 85, of Columbus Junction, died Saturday, March 3, 2012, at Mercy Iowa City after a lengthy illness. Graveside funeral services with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, at the Columbus City Cemetery, Columbus Junction, with Pastor Steve Cauley officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Columbus City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Columbus Junction American Legion following burial.
In lieu of flowers, a general memorial has been established.
Memorials may be addressed to the Jones-Eden Funeral Home.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Gerry; 10 children, Adam Andrews of Milwaukee, Wis., Jeanna Fagle and husband Ken of Center Point, Steve Andrews and wife Janice of Vinton, Wayne Andrews and wife Peggy of Marion, Abbie Andrews of Center Point, Sheri Wiltsey and husband Randy of Center Point, Harold Andrews of Center Point, Franklin Wilson and wife Edna of Remsen, Phyllis Kurz and husband Glen of Muscatine, and Dee Ortiz and husband Julian of Conesville; 19 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Kenneth and George Andrews; and sister-in-law, Joyce Andrews.
