Moore, Lelia Faye
Lelia Faye Moore, 95, of Marion, passed away July 29, 2013, following an extended illness. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 2013, at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories with Pastor Randy Bobzien presiding. Interment will be at the Springville Cemetery following the service. Visitation is 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Faye Moore was born June 10, 1918, in Thurber, Texas, to Ted and Ollie (Jones) Nuttall. She married Carl L. Moore, Sr. Aug. 1, 1935, in Unionville, Mo. She was dedicated to raising her family as well as working part-time.
Faye is survived by her two sons, Carl (Theresa) Moore, Jr. and Dean (Vinita) Moore; three daughters, Patricia (Ernie) Wright, Barbara (Ray) Chavez and Linda Clark; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl; son-in-law, Roger; four grandchildren, Terry and Diane Wright, Stacey Stewart, and Randy Eveland; and one great-grandchild, Lincoln Jacobs.
Faye loved being involved in activities at Crestview Care Center and also playing dice with her family. She very much enjoyed her flowers and never knew a stranger.
