Dorothy H. Jones, 85, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Sunday, Aug. 6, 2017, with her family by her side. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Marion. Private family graveside service will be at a later date at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Jeff (Lois) Stotler of Cedar Rapids, Kris (Randy Zingg Jr.) Campbell of Reinbeck, Karen Clark of Oshkosh, Wis., Elaine Keister of Marion and Wade (Shauna) Chevalier of Marion; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Russell Stotler, Lewis Chevalier and Robert Jones; daughter, Sandra Stotler; sons-in-law, Will Keister and Creighton Campbell; and three brothers.
Dorothy was born April 16, 1932, in Vinton, Iowa, the daughter of Joseph and Gracie (Allen) Patrilla. She was employed at Hy-Vee in Cedar Rapids. Dorothy enjoyed bowling, camping, fishing and traveling. She also spent time crocheting, sewing, quilting and cooking.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Dorothy's memory.
