Randy Douglas Bailey, 56, of Hedgesville, W.Va., formerly of Wellman, Iowa, died Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, in Martinsburg, W.Va.
He was born Dec. 16, 1961, in Knoxville, Iowa.
He is survived by his wife, Laura (Ballou) Baile; and children, Zachary and Samuel Bailey; sisters, Regenia Bailey and Reva Jones; parents, Marvin and Lorraine Bailey; and mother-in-law, Sandy Ballou.
He was preceded in death by father-in-law, Richard Ballou; sister, Rebecca; and uncle, Larry Clark.
