David James Baldridge, 33, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of David L. and Beverly Raftis Baldridge. He enjoyed fishing, camping and cars.
Surviving besides his parents, are his son, Elliot Keith Baldridge, the love of his life; his sisters, Rachel (Derek) Leach, George-town, Ky. and Dana (Stanley) Tackett, Lexington, Ky.; his maternal grandfather, James Raftis, and paternal grandfather, Joseph Baldridge, both of Cedar Rapids; his aunts, Vicki (Jerry) Van Deusen, Swisher, and Dianne Bobey and Sheri Kearney, both of Cedar Rapids; and his uncle, Dennis (Kay) Baldridge, Iowa City.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, Nicholasville, Ky. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 23, at Pax Christi Catholic Church, Lexington, Ky., conducted by the Rev. Lawrence Hehman, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
