Theresa A. Prochnow, 69, of Norwood Young America, Minn., passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018.
She is survived by her loving family, husband, John; children, Tamara (Robert) Finney, Sonja (Michael) Faegre and Brent (Lindsay) Prochnow; grandchildren, Mariah and Trent Finney, Grace and Annika Faegre and Raegan Prochnow; brother, Garry (Elizabeth) Knussman; sister, Linda (Scott) Jamieson.
Memorial service Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 601 E. Second St., Waconia, Minn.; gathering of family and friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at church; interment at church cemetery.
