Eunice Ellen Krauss, 81, of Amana, died Oct. 1, 2015, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. Funeral services: 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 5, at Middle Amana Church, with Elder Harold Pitz officiating.
Burial will be in Amana Cemetery, Amana. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, at Middle Amana Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be contributed to Safe Haven of Iowa County.
Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Eunice is survived by her husband, Donald; her children, Donald Jr. (Linda) of Amana, Ray of Homestead and Barbara (Royal) Roland of Grinnell; two brothers, Raymond Wetterling of Ladysmith, Wis., and William "Bill" (Mary Lou) Wetterling of Checkerboard, Mont.; three sisters, Winnie Parson of Marion, Florence Teller of Butte, Mont., and Lorraine (Earl) Hodawanus of Norco, Calif. six grand-children; seven stepgrandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Vickie; two sisters, Ruth Dittert and Ethyl Soviak; and two brothers, Herman and Everett.
