Dubuque County Jail inmate turns himself in, faces escape charge
A Dubuque County Jail inmate who failed to return from a court-ordered furlough last week turned himself in to jail officials this morning.
Patrick Kline, who was listed as an escapee after the incident, now faces a new charge of escape. He will also continue to serve his 300-day jail sentence for public intoxication, interference with official acts, trespass, and violation of probation.
