Schaefer, Raymond William Carl
Raymond William Carl Schaefer died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, at Mercy Iowa City in the hospice unit at the age of 95 years. Celebration of Life service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Williamsburg. Pastor Carl Cloeter will officiate. Burial will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery near Homestead. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, at Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg.
Memorials are for St. Paul Lutheran Church, Lutheran Interparish School or Iowa City Hospice.
