Elizabeth "Jane" Wilcut, 66, of Hamburg, Iowa, formerly of Homestead, Iowa, died Saturday, March 18, 2017, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, at Gay & Ciha Funeral Service, Oxford Chapel. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at the Oxford Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established in Jane's name.
Elizabeth "Jane" Wilcut was born Feb. 11, 1951, in Homestead, Iowa, to Francis Bixby and Bernice Burket.
Jane is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Mike) Wilson and Tina (Dan) Trenkamp; son, Robert (Dawn) Frees; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Judy Bixby and Martha "Joan" West; brothers, Frank Brooks and John Bixby, and Frank Bixby, who, although wasn't a biological brother, was raised as one; and a special friend, Charles Carter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Aaron Lee; four brothers; and four sisters.
