Patricia Ann Ballard, 64, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors include her mother, Alyce Ballard of Cedar Rapids; siblings, Paulette Ash, Joyce Carder and Bryan Ballard, all of Cedar Rapids; and special companion, Precious.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Ballard.
Patricia Ann Ballard was born Oct. 1, 1953, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Paul and Alyce (Nutt) Ballard. Patricia worked as a CNA for many years, and enjoyed coloring and spending time with family.
