MICHAEL SCOTT FREDSALL
San Francisco, Calif.
6/11/1982 6/12/2018
Michael is survived by his parents, Shannon Keller (husband, Robert Keller) of Colorado and Robert Fredsall (wife, Jean Fredsall) of Tennessee.
Mike Fredsall suffered a work injury five years ago, which left him with nerve pain and secondary syndromes. He had just turned 36.
The angels lifted him from his pain the following evening. The exact cause of his death will not be known for many months, but it was not self-inflicted.
Mike's passing is a tragedy. For those who knew him well, he fought long and hard. His battle was unrelenting, courageous, his fortitude incredible. Let his legacy live on, hearing his laughter, his voice bantering with us in multiple languages, remember the knowledgeable, talented chef extraordinaire that he had become. Hold tightly to your memories of Mike Fredsall, the soccer player/aficionado, cheer for Argentina, Spain and Mexico, hear every note of the music he loved. He was proud of his Irish heritage. He had the perfect name for a chef, Chef Mike Fredsall.
He had a bounce in his walk and a love for all mankind.
Your joy was his joy.
A fund has been established for a memorial bench to be placed along the walking trail of Treasure Island, where Mike resided for 13 years. Those interested may mail a check to: High Country Church, P.O. Box 176, Buena Vista, CO 81211.
Services were held in Colorado.
