Rudin, James A.
James A. Rudin, 66, of Conroy, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, in a single-car accident near Homestead. Funeral services: 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Conroy, with the Rev. Gary Sears officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the church. Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, is in charge of arrangements.
James is survived by his wife, Kathleen; four daughters, Shelly VanDenBosch (Paul) of Castle Rock, Colo., Sheila Weldon (Jim) of Williamsburg, Stephanie Rudin of Williamsburg and Shannon Johnson (Todd) of Des Moines; four grandchildren, Zachary VanDenBosch, Amaleah Weldon, Levi Weldon and Brock Johnson; and two sisters, Marlene Folkmann (Verne) of Coralville and Kathy Dixon (Don) of Iowa City.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Norma Zuber Rudin.
