Ronald S. Bowers, 32, of Iowa City, died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, from injuries sustained in a car accident in this area. A gathering of family and friends will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, at Hilltop Lounge, 1100 North Dodge St., Iowa City.
