Dr. Matthew Dietz, an Iowa native went on to attend college at Mount Mercy in Cedar Rapids Iowa.  Not only focusing on academics, but was also a collegiate athlete as part of the Mount Mercy Cross Country and Track Teams.  After graduating from Mount Mercy, Dr. Dietz went on to attend and graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic.

He then moved to Chicago creating a very successful practice where he worked and lived for five and a half years.  While practicing in Chicago he worked with many different professional teams.  These teams included AVP Probeach Volleyball, The Chicago Fire Major League Soccer team, The Chicago Storm indoor soccer team, The Chicago Shamrox Lacrosse team, The Chicago Hounds Hockey team, and the McHenry Co. Pirates Football team.
