Iowa's football players full of respect for Arizona

IOWA CITY -- They didn't sound coached on their comments. Rather, Iowa's football players look like they've schooled themselves on the merits of their opponents Saturday, the Arizona Wildcats.
"There's no weakness to them," Hawkeye linebacker Pat Angerer said today. "I watched tape on them this summer. They've got a good running back (Nic Grigsby), and that's probably one of the best tight ends (Rob Gronkowski, third-team AP All-America last year) we'll face. It's going to be a good game."
Asked if practicing against Iowa tight end Tony Moeaki helps in contending with the 6-foot-6, 265-pound Gronkowski, Angerer said "I don't really go against Tony that much. I try to avoid him as much as possible.
"Tony's one of the best tight ends in the country, and we're facing one of the best tight ends in the country on Saturday."
Iowa quarterback Ricky Stanzi is equally generous with his opinions of the Wildcats' defense.
"They're good," Stanzi said. "They're fast, they're strong, they're big guys. They're a good defense. They're a really good football team.
"They have good size. With that you'd think they'd be a little slower being so big, but they're really fast. So their size and speed is something that definitely stood out to me when watching them."
