Debra A. (Cook) VanLierop, 51, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2009, in North Liberty. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday in Washington state. For more information please e-mail Haley at h-kaperick@hotmail.com
Debbie was born in Tacoma, Wash., on July 29, 1957.
She is survived by her sister, Sandra Carl; brother, Larry Cook; children, Haley and Andrew Kaperick; and many friends and relatives in Iowa and Washington.
Though Debbie was taken from us too early, we will never forget her generous, loving, spontaneous spirit.
