Robert S. Cook, 74, of Springdale, Ark., passed away Monday, Dec. 28, 2015, in Fayetteville VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark.
Mr. Cook was born March 7, 1941, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Harry and Helen Vantwerp Cook. They preceded him in death, as did two brothers and a sister.
He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Andy and Teresa, Randy and Sheila and Mark; one sister, Sylvia Nemecek; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 2, at Springdale Baptist Church in Springdale, Ark. Arrangements are under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Ark.
