Scott Michael Edmonds, 51, of Ottumwa, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died at 9:50 a.m. Aug. 18, 2017, at his home.
He was born May 25, 1966, in Iowa City. Scott enjoyed camping, cars, music and being with his family and friends. He had a love for wolves, deer and all animals. He was loved by many and missed by plenty.

Survivors include his mother, Claudia Van Dyke of Ottumwa; children, Austin Hilderbrand, Kayosha Edmonds, Dakota and Braden Gladwin, Danika and Destinee Bottoms, and Miranda Blakeley; a brother, Rusty (Lisa) Edmonds of Michigan; nieces and nephews, Michelle, Gavin (Kimberly), Satin, Blayhn and Pokey; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
His body has been cremated. A time to celebrate his life will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, at the Moose Lodge, 1820 West Post Rd. SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.
