Claudia Jean Vecellio, 68, of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center. In keeping with Claudia's wishes, there will be no visitation. A private family memorial service will be held in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Entrusted with the arrangements is Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Survivors include her children, Adrienne Vecellio of Cedar Rapids and Jeffrey (Hope) Vecellio of Downers Grove, Ill.; grandchildren, Maxwell and Amelia Vecellio; her mother, Florence Lytle of Davenport; former spouse, John Vecellio of Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Nancy (Joseph) Pushinaitis of San Jose, Calif., and Peggy (Richard) Jayne of Milan, Ill.; and three nephews, Mark, Ross and David.
Claudia was born Nov. 26, 1946, to Claude and Florence Lytle in Waterloo, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the family.
