John Campbell added to Kinnick Stadium Wall of Fame
Long-time KCRG-TV9 Sports Director John Campbell is one of four inductees into the Kinnick Stadium Media Wall of Fame.
Campbell, who has been at KCRG for the past 32 years and started covering the Hawkeyes the same season Hayden Fry became head coach, was honored at a banquet Friday night and on the field before Saturday's Pittsburgh-Iowa game.
Besides Campbell, others honored were longtime Iowa sports information director Phil Haddy, former Associated Press Iowa sports editor Chuck Shoffner and former Waterloo Courier sports editor Kevin Evans.
