Brianna Cless of Marion uses a video conference app on her cellphone to talk to Dr. Ann Eike on Wednesday as the veterinarian examines Cless' dog, Crimson. Cless remained in the parking lot of Petersen Pet Hospital in Hiawatha and was able to watch the vet examine her dog and ask her questions, via the app on her phone.
