Techau, Sharon L. 'Ma'
Sharon L. “Ma” Techau, 75, died Sunday, April 28, 2013, at Hallmark Care and Rehabilitation Center, Mount Vernon. There will be a private graveside service at Lisbon Cemetery. Morgan Funeral Choices, Mount Vernon is in charge of arrangements.
Surviving Sharon is a son, Mike, Stanwood; daughter, Michelle Smith, Enid, Okla.; sister, Donna Sue Long, Lisbon; eight-stepchildren, Keith, Joanna, Sandra, Virginia, Roger, Linda, Nancy and Ronald; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Norman; brother, Jim Boxwell; and stepdaughter, Beverly Thomas.
Ma was born April 4, 1938, the daughter of Harlan and Florence Johnson Boxwell in Lisbon. She graduated from Lisbon High School. Ma married Norman Techau on Sept. 5, 1959, in Lisbon.
The family would like to thank the staff at Hallmark Care and Rehabilitation Center for their care of Sharon.
