David Schneider, 56, of Cedar Rapids, passed away April 15, 2017, at home after a long illness.
He was born Dec. 31, 1960, to Janet and Roland Schneider.
David is survived by his stepmom, Jeannie Schneider; sweetheart, Diane Jones; sisters and brothers, Diane (Randy) Blakley of Urbana, Lori Schneider (Mike), Craig (Carol) Schneider and Larry Berndt (Kim), all of Cedar Rapids, and Jeff (Molly) Berndt of Marion; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private Celebration of Life will be April 29 at Cedar Lake beginning at 11:30 a.m., weather permitting.
