Our mom was a 12 year cancer survivor, cancer is what she had it was not who she was. Our mom was strong, beautiful, thoughtful, caring and most of all devoted to her family and friends. Our mom enjoyed traveling, baking, building puzzles and collecting Precious Moments and Barbies. We are sad to witness the passing of our mother but we are equally excited for the reunion she will have with our sister, Lori, who passed a few years ago.
A special thanks to Hospice of Mercy and Living Center West nurses, Frosti and Mary Beth.
Memorials may be directed to the Camp Courageous of Iowa, P.O. Box 418, Monticello, IA 52310.
