West Delaware celebrates Wamac basketball title

MANCHESTER — The West Delaware boys' basketball team is celebrating a lot these days, including a Wamac Conference championships and an unbeaten regular season.
The Hawks are 22-0 and host Vinton-Shellsburg in a Class 3A district final Thursday night at 7.
