Donald L. Nost, born Aug. 18, 1935, in Iowa City, Iowa, passed away Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015, after a long illness.
Don spent his entire career with Rockwell Collins, retiring after 48 years. He was a devout Iowa Hawkeyes fan and loved the sports of wrestling, hunting and fishing.
Don is survived by his wife, Winifred Walsh Nost; his sons, Graig, Ronald (Sheila) and Mark (Anita); a daughter, Sheryl (Duane) Pospisil; his brothers, Walter (Fern), William (Janet), Richard (Sandra) and John (Susan); his sisters, Cora (Robert) Collins and Joyce (Charles) Flores; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He also is survived by the Walsh and Truitt families, many nieces and nephews, as well as countless friends.
A Mass of the Resur-rection was previously held at Ascension Catholic Church in Melbourne, Fla.
Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Home, Melbourne, handled arrangements.
Celebration of Life will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Regal Crown Receptions in Lisbon.
