William W. “Bill” Welty Jr., 77, of Davenport, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to service time. Pastor Tony Liston of Adventure Christian Community Church in Davenport will officiate.
