ELIZABETH "ANNIE" GRAF Marengo Elizabeth A. "Annie" Graf, 59, of Marengo, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, in her home, surrounded by family. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, at First United Methodist Church in Marengo, officiated by Pastor Matt German. A visitation will be held one hour before the service at the church. Annie was born Dec. 22, 1955, in St. Louis, Mo., to William Spencer and Elizabeth Mylissia (Henley) Russell. She graduated from Williamsburg Junior-Senior High School in 1974. On Oct. 11, 1985, Annie was united in marriage to Kenneth Graf in Iowa City. Annie was a homemaker for most of her life. She had previously worked at Solar Homes, Aramark and Target. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Marengo. She enjoyed crocheting, word puzzles, loving her grandchildren, tattoos and traveling. She is survived by her parents, William and Elizabeth Russell; husband, Kenneth Graf; children, Mike (Teri) Graf of Robins, Tim (Linda) Graf of Belle Plaine, Carrey (Jose) Garza of Marengo, Mick Graf of Cedar Rapids, Bryan (Citlali) Johnson of Marion, Tanya Graf of Belle Plaine and Joseph (Chantelle) Johnson of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Allison Mercer, Nyah Graf, Zachary, Dylan and Brooke Graf, Tyler and Brandon Dietze, Emma, Anna and Claudia Garza, Amber White, Hanna Graf, Brayton, Tristan and Aidan Johnson, Felicity, Jazmyne, Daymien and Tytyh Graf, Kain and Kaleb Dietze and Gavin, Drew and Alexis Johnson; and great-grandchild, Shelby White. Also surviving are her siblings, Patsy Kochuyt of Iowa City, David Russell of Williamsburg, Mylissia Maschmann of Marengo, Bill, Doug and Glenn Russell, all of North Liberty, and Sharon (Jeff) Voss of Nolanville, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Henry Graf, and mother-in-law, Katherine Ann Graf; and brothers-in-law, Terry Kochuyt and Larry Maschmann.
