Frederick Anderson, 75, of Davenport, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016. Quad Cities Cremation Center is assisting the family with arrangements.
He had a passion for art, politics and Asian food and culture.
He worked as a sign painter and served as city alderman for Davenport. He was a member of International Painters and Allied Trades Union. He enjoyed crosswords, puzzles and reading.
He is survived by his brother, David Mumm of Carrolltown, Texas; his cousin, Janice Windmiller and husband Craig of Bettendorf; his aunt, Arlene and husband Bill of Cedar Rapids; as well as many close friends.
