Hirl, Delores E.
Delores E. Hirl, 81, of Davenport, passed away Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, at the Solon Nursing Care Center, Solon. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, at Halligan McCabe DeVries, 614 Main St., Davenport. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 2618 Boies Ave., Davenport. Burial will be Holy Family Cemetery, Davenport.
Delores was born Nov. 26, 1929, in Stockton, Iowa, a daughter of Ferdinand and Alice (Olderog) Stahl.
Survivors include her children, Steve (Kathy) of Solon, Clifford (Kris) of Fairfield, Calif., and Lavonne (Charlie) Hoeper of Maquoketa; a brother, Howard Stahl of Davenport; nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Solon First Responders, Solon Nursing Care Center or a charity of your choice.
