Clark, Mary E.
Mary E. Clark, 85, of 3831 Northwood Dr. NE, Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, March 6, 2011, at Northbrook Manor after an extended illness. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Iowa Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her husband, Robert; stepdaughter, Linda Otten of Wheatland; two stepsons, Tom Clark of Shellknob, Mo., and Don Clark of Cedar Rapids; and one brother, William Hessing of Clinton.
he is also survived by five stepgrandchildren and nine stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and four brothers.
Mary was born on August 23, 1925, in Hopkinton, the daughter of Herman and Gertrude Seterhenn Hessing. She married Robert H. Clark on May 15, 1969, in Galena, Ill. Mary was a homemaker and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Mercy.
