IOWA CITY - The North Cedar cross country teams ran very well at the state qualifying meet last week.
The girls' team placed fourth with junior Carly Montz finishing 11th and qualifying for Saturday's state meet in Fort Dodge.
On the boys' side, the Knights ran strong, but none made it to state.
