State softball Thursday: Semifinal scores and coverage
Semifinal Thursday at the Iowa high school state softball tournament started at 11 a.m. and ended at 12:48 a.m. Friday.
The last game of the night, a Class 1A semifinal between Clarksville and Sigourney, was delayed 92 minutes by lightning.
And then the teams played nine innings and scored a combined 27 runs. Quite a day.
