William E. "Bill" Stroud, 66, of Iowa City, passed away Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 2, at Gay & Ciha Funeral Service with visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
