William Arthur "Art" Craft Jr., 49, died Sept. 17, 2016, at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton, with Pastor David Condry officiating, followed by a Celebration of Life at Chappy's Safari Lounge in Cedar Rapids.
William, known to family and friends as "Art," was born Nov. 25, 1966, in California, to William Arthur and Rachel Esther (Montes) Craft Sr.
He was employed at D & A Fabrication in Urbana as a welder. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, camping and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his special friend, Sherri of Vinton; his daughter, Olivia at home; his father, William "Art" Craft Sr. of North Carolina; his sisters, Carrie Phillips of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Michelle Trump; his best friend, Dennis Coyle; and his ex-wife, Sabrina.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
