A day at Veterans Memorial Stadium (video)

The Gazette-KCRG intern Kelsey Kremer spent an entire day at Veterans Memorial Stadium recently, filming a typical game day for the Cedar Rapids Kernels.
Well, this was slightly atypical because there was a postgame fireworks display. That's how Kernels employees and interns finish their long day: picking up fireworks shrapnel in the outfield.
Thank you to the Kernels, especially General Manager Doug Nelson, for allowing Kremer to be a "fly on the wall" at and inside the ballpark.
