Keep your cat inside and away from my yard

To the person who lets their black cat roam the neighborhood around Lancelot Lane NW and 29th Street NW. I'm tired of seeing your cat come into my fenced yard and wait to stalk the birds and chipmunks I feed.
Don't you worry about it getting hit by a car, hurt by another animal or trapped and taken to Cedar Rapids Animal Control? Please if you love your cat, keep it inside. Don't use the excuse they “need” to be outside as it's their nature.
