CEDAR RAPIDS - Bob and Mary Martin will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house and luncheon on Saturday, August 1, 2009, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church: 153 Cherry Hill Rd NW, Cedar Rapids.

Bob Martin and the former Mary Hurt were married August 1, 1959, at First Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids.

Their children are the late Julie (Larry) Davis of Rudolph, WI; Paul (Deb) Martin, Brad Martin, Sharon (Don) Miller, all of Cedar Rapids; and Susan (Kelly) Oberbillig of Centennial, CO. They have 11 grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren.

No gifts, please.
