April Kibbe and Mark Brown, both of Windsor Heights, IA, are pleased to announce their engagement.

April is the daughter of Dallas and the late Rebecca Kibbe of Cedar Rapids. Mark is the son of David and Valorie Brown of Urbandale, IA.

The couple plans a seaside wedding on November 4th in Anna Maria, FL.
